United States Girls Hockey League (USGHL)
Beginning with the 2026–2027 season, the CGHL enters an exciting new chapter as the United States Girls Hockey League (USGHL)—a name that reflects both its rapid growth and its national vision. What began as a regional league has quickly evolved into a powerful platform for opportunity, welcoming teams from across the country and opening the door for more girls than to step onto the ice.
As a Tier II girls hockey league, the USGHL is built on more than competition—it is built on purpose. Our mission is to create an environment where girls of all ages can develop their skills, build confidence. With teams representing Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, and Tennessee—and continuing to grow and elevate the future of girls hockey nationwide.

Tennessee Wolverines Girls Hockey
Founded in 2022, the Tennessee Wolverines have cultivated an inclusive environment that welcomes and encourages all developing girls hockey players to participate.
As a result, local girls interest in hockey has grown rapidly since its inception.
The Tennessee Wolverines Hockey Club aims to eliminate barriers that impede player access to and participation in ice hockey. The Wolverines look to become a place where our players are encouraged to begin a career, if they choose, and develop a love for the sport that will continue beyond their playing days.
